There are 4 sections to be filled out to order your wallhanging:

• Contact and Shipping Information
• Family Tree Detail Information
• Children's Information
• Parent and Ancestor Information

There are two ways to submit the last 2 sections (the children's and parent section) of your information. Choose which is easiest for you. Please be sure to recheck your information to make sure everything is accurate. We will contact you with any questions.

Option 1. Fill out the complete form below and press the submit button. This option is best for 2 and 3 generation wallhangings.

Option 2. Fill out the first 2 sections and submit the form. E-mail your children and parent information in a GEDCOM file attachment to orders@DigitalTeardrops.com. (How do I send a GEDCOM file?) Be sure to include the word "GEDCOM" and your last name in the Subject line.
