Breaking News!! We have recently moved from outside of Nashville to the Minneapolis, Minnesota area. We look forward to meeting new clients and serving in our new community! Our website will be updated to reflect these changes as soon as possible.
We did our first wedding video in 1992 and after the sale of our landscaping business decided to go into photovideography full time. We planned to launch
Digital Teardrops full-time back in 2002, but when our 9 year-old daughter, Brianna Rae Bradford, died our plans were unexpectedly delayed for a time. Now we are going strong and happy to serve our clients and the community.
Terrie is the mother of nine and grandmother of one. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech and Hearing Science from the University of Minnesota. She taught herself sign language and began interpreting for the deaf in 1979. She also studied the German language in high school and college and is teaching herself and her children Spanish. Musical skills include playing the piano, flute, piccolo, tenor saxophone, and French horn.
Terrie is currently a member of the National Association for Photoshop Professionals (NAPP), a One Stroke Certified Instructor (OSCI) and teaches acrylic painting. She is a member of the LaVergne Historical Preservation Committee (LHPC) for the city of LaVergne, Tennessee. She is an Alumni member of the LaVergne Cititzen's Police Academy (CPA) and is a Certified Emergency Response Team (CERT) member.
Terrie has worked on her own genealogy since she was twelve years old and enjoys helping others learn how to preserve and share their family roots. Her experiences include reading census, birth, marriage, and death records in Norwegian and Swedish, searching the Internet, hours of data input into her genealogy program, contacting newfound relatives and sharing information with them.
These diverse talents have come together to benefit our Digital Teardrops business. Terrie has found a well-loved niche as a Family and Community History Preservationist.
We currently work from our home, but our plan is to establish a location in the Nashville, Tennessee area that would provide services and resources to clients who are interested in learning how to preserve their genealogies and family histories and to help communities preserve their histories as well.
Our services fall into several categories:
We help people to take the information they have gathered and learn to present it visually for others to see and enjoy. Future plans include sponsoring workshops with guest speakers from across the USA and holding classes on a variety of subjects.
We are excited to offer products and services that are not found anywhere else in this combination. Word-of-mouth is the best form of advertising you can get, so we would love for you to tell your family, neighbors, and friends about us!
